CNC Programmer /Turning

MULTIVAC products are widely used in the food industry, medical and biomedical sectors, and various industrial applications.

As part of the continued development of our NC Programming Department, MULTIVAC Bulgaria Production is looking for an organized and responsible professional for the position of: CNC Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the appropriate machining sequence and machining strategy;
• Select the optimal manufacturing technology and tooling; continuously optimize their utilization;
• Program CNC machining operations using the advanced Siemens NX CAM 3D CAD/CAM system;
• Verify NC programs through 3D simulation software;
• Manage the programming environment and technical documentation;
• Take responsibility for program quality, efficiency, and cycle time while considering all relevant aspects;
• Identify and support the correction of design errors and implementation of improvements;
• Determine the most effective machining processes and workflows. 

Your profile:

• Relevant experience in CNC programming;
• Technical knowledge of metal-cutting manufacturing processes;
• Good computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems);
• Good working level of English, both written and spoken;
• Previous experience with Siemens 840D control systems will be considered an advantage.
