Transport and Customs Specialist

What you’ll be doing:

Supports the timely delivery of goods
Takes part in the monitoring of the movement of transported goods
Supports the monitoring and reporting of the costs related to the import and export of goods
Aims to reduce the transport costs.
Supports the budget planning process
Initiation of reverse charge procedure if required
Provides all necessary transport documents in accordance with Bulgarian legislation
Supports the process of determination of customs tariff numbers for Import goods
Traces tariff classification of materials and products according to the combined nomenclature of the EU and if necessary, apply for binding tariff information
Issue Intrastat reports and active communication with finance department
Communication with customs brokers and customs authorities regarding import and export of goods, first point of contact if any problems arise.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor Degree with focus on Logistics or relevant specialty
PC knowledge – very good knowledge in MS Office (knowledge in SAP will be an advantage)
Advanced knowledge of English
At least 2 years of experience on a similara position
Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, a team player who shows commitment and dedication to thejob
