Junior IT Technician – Onsite - Sofia

Imagine this: it's 8:45 at the customer site. A VIP's laptop won't join the 9:00 Teams call, the meeting room screen is black, and a printer on the third floor has just jammed. You walk in, and ten minutes later everyone is back on track. That's a normal morning for you.
We're looking for an Junior IT Technician to be the go-to tech person for end users at one of our international customers. No passing tickets up the chain: at L2, you're the one who fixes it.

What your days look like

You'll own on-site incidents and service requests from start to finish. You'll work in the ticketing system and keep an eye on SLAs.
You'll look after VIP users and keep meeting rooms and AV equipment (Teams, Zoom and other vendors' kit) ready for the next call.
When the server or network teams need someone on the ground, you're their hands and eyes. You'll also handle printers and MFPs, support PC refresh activities and keep the local stock in order.

What you bring

- 1-2 years of professional experience in End User Support in an enterprise environment
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktops, laptops and printers
- Hands-on experience with a ticketing system
- Good English and fluent Bulgarian
- Strong people skills: you stay calm and friendly, even with a VIP and a deadline
- Experience with meeting room / AV support (Teams, Zoom) is a plus
