We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactively minded Chief Warehouse to join our team.

The Chief Warehouse will design, build, and scale logistics operations from the ground up for both Elprom and Voltap. This is a foundational role responsible for transforming a pure,unorganized warehouse environment into a lean, standardized, and technologically advanced logistics hub. The candidate will establish baseline operational workflows, deploy a Warehouse Management System (WMS), and instill a culture of continuous improvement through 5S methodology and systematic labeling.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Design optimal physical layouts, zoning, and racking structures to accommodate distinct product portfolios and inventory profiles for both Elprom and Voltap.
- Process Engineering & Standardization: Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for core warehousing processes, including receiving, put-away,internal replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and reverse logistics.
- 5S & Visual Management Implementation: Establish and maintain rigorous 5S standards (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) across all floor spaces to maximize safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Systematic Labeling & Identification: Develop a comprehensive barcoding and labeling hierarchy for locations (aisles, bays, levels, bins) and inventory items to ensure seamless traceability.
- WMS Integration & Deployment: Lead the selection, configuration, testing, and rollout of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) integrated with existing ERP systems for real-time inventory visibility.
- Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, onboard, and train warehouse personnel, fostering a safety-first culture and operational discipline aligned with lean principles.

Candidate requirements:

- Experience: 5 to 7+ years of experience in senior logistics/warehouse leadership roles, with a proven track record in greenfield setups or heavy brownfield restructuring.
- Methodologies: Deep expertise in Lean Logistics, 5S, Kaizen, waste reduction, and inventory management principles.
- Systems & Tech: Hands-on experience implementing or managing WMS/TMS platforms, ERP integrations, and AIDC technologies (barcode scanners, RFID).
- Freight Expertise: Solid understanding of domestic and international freight forwarding, customs clearance processes, and carrier contract negotiations.
- Dual-Operation Management: Strong ability to manage shared resources, maintain inventory segregation, and tailor service levels for two distinct business entities under one roof.
- Leadership: Exceptional change management skills with the drive to transition teams from chaotic environments into highly disciplined, process-driven units.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
