Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactively minded Quality Manager to join our team.

This is a strategic leadership role where you will drive quality excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement within organization. Your leadership will directly influence product quality, operational performance, and the overall customer experience.

Key rensposibilities:

- Define and execute the quality strategy aligned with business objectives;
- Lead Quality & Continuous Improvement team, HSE team;
- Drive customer satisfaction improvements and reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ);
- Act as primary escalation point for key customer quality issues;
- Lead plants audits, assessments, and quality system deployment, processes development&improvement;
- Ensure consistency in quality standards, processes, and best practices;
- Build and develop a business process management system, oversee ISO certifications and core quality documentation (FMEA, Control Plans, SOP etc);
- Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement programs;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Product Management;
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing, diverse quality teams.

Candidate requirements:

Experience:

- 5+ years in quality, engineering, or operations roles in industrial/manufacturing environments;
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in international/matrix organizations;
- Strong experience in quality management systems and compliance;
- Proven track record in continuous improvement and Lean tools deployment.

Technical & Functional Skills:

- Deep knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, SPC, root cause analysis);
- Experience with Тransformers, TAP-changers and High-voltage electrical products assembly;
- Familiarity with IATF/VDA standards and certifications (preferred);
- Lean tools knowledge (advantageous).

Leadership & Competencies:

- Excellent communication;
- Ability to lead through influence and change in complex environments;
- Passion for team development, inclusion, and customer excellence.

Education:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality;
- Fluent English;
- Any official auditor certification for the Quality systems is desirable.
