Senior Maintenance & Process Technician

General Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure the reliable and uninterrupted operation of machines and production lines.
• Participate in planned and preventive maintenance activities.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues in electrical, mechanical, and automated systems.
• Support the setup and optimization of manufacturing equipment to improve process efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Participate in projects focused on improving equipment, processes, and the working environment.
• Maintain the required technical documentation and reports related to completed activities.
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and other technical teams.

Experience / Qualifications

• Technical secondary or higher education in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of electronics, electrical circuits, and industrial equipment.
• Experience with automated production lines and systems is considered an advantage.
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues effectively.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and continuously develop professionally to grow into a process engineer.

Gross Annual Salary Range:

• 13,907.00 EUR - 19,122.40 EUR

The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
