Production Engineer

In addition to our production site, R&M is also represented locally by R&M Bulgaria, which has been active on the market for over 17 years and operates in 12 countries across Southeastern Europe.

Production Engineer – Process Maintenance Engineering

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the quality and efficiency of technological processes;
• Adapts and maintains production and process documentation;
• Performs tasks aimed at optimizing the production line, material flow and individual workstations;
• Supports the introduction of new products, processes, and manufacturing equipment;
• Participates in tasks related to the maintenance of production equipment.

You are a great fit for this vacancy if you have:

• University degree in Engineering;
• Minimum of 1 year of experience on similar position (as process/ production/ quality/ industrial/ maintenance/ project engineer);
• Basic knowledge of quality management methods for technological processes;
• Attention to detail and initiative;
• Computer literacy – MS Office;
• Working level of English – written and spoken.

Would be considered an advantage:

• Knowledge about Lean methodology and tools;
• Knowledge about Statistical process control;
• Knowledge measuring instruments and test equipment;
• Experience in product or component design;
• Knowledge of Materials science;
• Experience in creating technical documentation for mechanical assemblies;
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
