Product Development Engineer

We are looking for a Product Development Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving products throughout their entire lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to validation and production

About the Role:

• For our Team in Sofia, we are currently looking for motivated and pro-active professionals for the position of Product Development Engineer.

• The ideal candidate would be a self-driven, pro-active, and hands-on individual with strong knowledge in technical documentation and product development processes.

The Job – What you will be doing:

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation using CAD/CAM software (CREO) and SAP.
• Active involvement in development projects, including the design and improvement of new products.
• Participation in product change processes for existing products to enhance quality, functionality, and manufacturability.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Supply Chain and Development, to implement product changes and improvements.
• Providing technical support and solutions for ongoing product challenges and modifications.
• Preparing detailed technical drawings and ensuring their alignment with Legal manufacturing requirements.

What are we looking for:

• Completed technical studies in the field of mechanical engineering, mechanics, or mechatronics (University of Applied Sciences, Technical University) Biomechanic , Medical Engineering or an equivalent.
• Proficiency in CAD software, specifically CREO.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience, ideally in technical documentation or development projects.
• Experience with teamwork and familiarity with project management processes is an advantage.
• Critical and solution-oriented thinking.
• Independent working style with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
