Demand Planner

The opportunity 

As Industrial Engineer Technician you'll enhance production efficiency and operational reliability by optimizing workstation assembly, tooling management, cross-functional collaboration, and compliance with safety and quality standards to support seamless manufacturing operations and new product introductions.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Build, assemble, and install production workstations in accordance with engineering drawings and technical specifications;
• Interpret and follow mechanical, electrical, and layout drawings provided by the engineering team;
• Ensure continuous availability of all standard and special tools required on production lines;
• Maintain and update tooling lists for all production lines, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
• Coordinate the procurement, storage, distribution, and tracking of production tools;
• Perform regular tooling audits and inventory checks to identify shortages, damages, or obsolete equipment;
• Support new product introductions and production line modifications by preparing required tools and workstation setups;
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams to resolve tooling and workstation-related issues;
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and workplace organization standards (5S).

Your background: 

• Education: High school; Technical;
• Experience in manufacturing and technological processes—at least 1 year;
• Experience coordinating multiple teams; 
• Good understanding of organizational processes.
