We are looking for our team in Sofia, Bulgaria for a Production Supervisor.

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for organizing the work, short-term planning, and achieving production goals, as well as onboarding, training, and developing subordinates, with the aim of effective and high-quality execution of the production program.

The main tasks will be also related to:

· Prepares monthly and quarterly work schedules for the production area under their responsibility;
· Prepares and monitors the execution of the production schedule;
· Controls the work and ensures compliance with technological processes in production;
· Maintains records and prepares analyses based on the key performance indicators set for Production;
· Leads or participates in projects for CI in production
· Monitors compliance with labor and technological discipline in Production;
· Responsible for the performance and effectiveness of a team of 160 employees;
· Responsible for achieving quality objectives in production;
· Trains and develops the team under their supervision;
· Elaborate competency development programs of his/her subordinate functions; to control the induction of newcomers and the execution of on-the-job training, according to the training plans in production; Is responsible for the availability and update of competency matrices for the line within his/her scope of responsibility;
· Manages safety.

· Manufacturing experience;
· Excellent knowledge of technological processes, equipment, and modern production management methods;
· Excellent organizational and communication skills;
· Skills in prioritization and time management;
· People management skills;
· Excellent computer literacy;
· Very good command of the English language.
