We are looking for an IS Business Applications Intern to join our team.

The mains activities:

• Receive, log, categorize and perform initial analysis of requests and incidents related to business applications;
• Resolve standard L1 cases using approved procedures, knowledge base articles and available documentation;
• Collect required information from users and escalate cases to L2/Application Owners with complete context;
• Learn the key business processes supported by the applications and the interactions between them;
• Maintain communication with users and the L2 team and follow open cases through completion;
• Create and update instructions, FAQs and knowledge-base articles for recurring L1 cases;
• Support testing and rollout of changes and new functionality when required;
• Actively participate in structured knowledge transfer from L1/L2 colleagues and build backup coverage for key activities. 

The profile:

• Ongoing university education in IT, Business Informatics, Economics, Engineering or a related field; 
• Basic understanding of business applications and information systems;   
• Analytical thinking and ability to structure problems;               
• Interest in learning business processes and working with end users; 
• Basic Microsoft 365 skills; ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage;       
• Working proficiency in English;        
• Team player;
• Good communication skills;            
• Problem solving competencies;      
• Consistent and systematic approach;          
• Willingness to learn and develop;   
• High customer orientation.
