The company is now building a NEW R&D team in Bulgaria and for that reason, together with them, we are looking to hire an experienced and motivated:

RT EMBEDDED FIRMWARE TECHNICAL LEADER

You will be responsible for the development of real-time embedded firmware but you will also:

• Take full responsibility for all development stages of embedded firmware in Bulgaria;
• Interview and hire engineers for new positions acting as a hiring manager of the Bulgarian office;
• Lead the team and help them solve complex technical tasks.

Essential requirements for the role:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, (Electrical) Engineering or similar;
• 7+ years of hands-on professional experience in developing real-time firmware using C/C++;
• Experience with bare metal and RTOS, ARM processors, and low-level drivers;
• Experience in both leading a team of Software /Hardware Engineers and end-to-end product development;
• Very good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
