Team Leader – Metal Profiles Installation

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, manage, and motivate the Metal Profiles Production team. Provide regular guidance, training, and performance feedback. Ensure a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
• Production Management: Optimize machine capacity and staffing. Drive the department's results against budget and KPIs, minimize downtime, and ensure continuity of operations.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives (including 5S methodology) to enhance production processes, reduce waste, increase productivity, and improve product quality.
• Maintenance & Technical Control: Monitor the technical condition of the installation daily, log deviations, and participate in preventive maintenance planning. Capable of acting as a "Profile Production Operator" from the control panel when needed.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Procurement to address production needs and ensure incoming control of raw materials.
• EHS & Compliance: Responsible for occupational safety, waste management, and fire protection measures. Ensure active and systematic work environment management in accordance with company standards.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate production records (output, downtime, quality metrics) and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Education: University technical degree or post-secondary education with a specialization in engineering or technology.
• Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in production management with a proven track record as a leader. Previous experience in an international manufacturing environment is considered a strong advantage.
• Languages: Excellent Bulgarian and fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities with a goal-oriented and demanding approach.
• Technical & Computer Literacy: Very good computer skills (MS Office package). Knowledge or experience with ERP business systems (SAP is an advantage).
• Physical Fitness: Physical ability to work actively in a manufacturing environment, including standing for extended periods and overseeing operations directly on the production floor.
