Our partner is a well‑established international company in the renewable energy sector. Due to the expansion of its project portfolio, the organization is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join its team. The position provides the opportunity to oversee the execution of large‑scale PV projects on site, coordinate contractors and technical teams, and ensure that all activities are delivered to the required quality, safety, and timeline standards in a dynamic project environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee and coordinate all on‑site construction and installation activities, ensuring safe and timely execution of planned tasks;
• Organize and plan required materials, equipment, machinery, and workforce ahead of schedule;
• Work in accordance with construction documentation, technical drawings, and project requirements;
• Ensure efficient use of machinery and optimal allocation of on‑site teams;
• Monitor construction progress and verify compliance with project standards and technical specifications;
• Supervise and evaluate subcontractors’ performance and quality of work;
• Maintain regular communication with investors and provide updates on project progress;
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on completed activities, timelines, and key performance indicators;
• Track and report labor, material, and equipment costs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field;
• Strong computer literacy, especially MS Office;
• Strong command of English. Proficiency in Spanish an advantage;
• Experience in solar park construction is considered an advantage;
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills;
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage on‑site operations effectively;
• Willingness to work abroad as part of an international site management team;
• Valid and clean driving license.
