Service Engineer 

Location: Sofia

Your role:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced fire detection systems;
• Program, configure, and commission new and existing systems to ensure optimal performance;
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with modifications, diagnosing errors, and performing mandatory inspections on existing systems;
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external customers through clear and concise communication;
• Provide expert technical assistance to customers by personal consultations on site, via phone and email, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction;
• Conduct training sessions on our products and systems for external customers, internal teams, service representatives, and crew members, sharing your expertise to build knowledge across the organization. Prepare and present appropriate materials;
• Attend & complete prescribed training workshops & courses;

Your profile:

• Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or other suitable qualification; 
• Proven experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment;
• Familiarity with the operation and application of electronic equipment;
• Good communication skills in English;
• Ability to work in a customer-oriented environment;
• Knowledge of MS Office products;
• Ability to perform drawing and pictures /AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Photoshop or similar/;
• Valid Drivers License.
