Electrical Cabinets and System Products Testing Manager

We are currently seeking an Electrical cabinets and system products testing manager for our team, who will contribute to the success our company.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and implement scalable test processes for functional and performance testing;
• Manage and mentor test engineers and ensuring test quality;
• Troubleshoot test failures, optimise test processes, and enhance automation performance.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ recent experience in a similar role with a good understanding of best industry practice;
• Appropriate Technical Engineering Degree;
• Strong organizational skills including planning, time-management, and prioritising;
• Able to integrate into existing team, supporting, and assisting colleagues;
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering techniques and active desire to keep technically up to date.
