Quality Management System Specialist

The role:
• To carry out activities for implementation and optimization of the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System;
• Working in close collaboration with all departments in order to continuously develop the Quality Management System according to the applicable standards: ISO 9001 and ISO14001;
• Help coordinate and direct UniPOS’s activities to meet customer and regulatory requirements and improve company effectiveness and efficiency on a continuous basis;
• To plan, lead, participate in and carry out the Internal Audits;
• Defining, measuring, continuously improving, and controlling processes;
• Reducing waste, preventing mistakes, and lowering costs activities;
• Prepare, verify and approve documents related to the Integrated Quality and
Environmental Management System - Procedures, Appendices, Records, etc.;
• Conduct Trainings for the Company's employees related to the Integrated Quality and
Environmental Management System;
• Participate in External Audits of Certification Organizations;
• Support global quality initiatives and collaborate with other sites within the group;
• Help address and investigate customer quality concerns, as needed;
• Carry out activities concerning continuous improvement and implement new standards;
• Achieve the individual objectives set for him/her and analyse the results achieved.

Your profile:
• Education – Bachelor degree with Technical or Quality profile;
• Technical background, previous experience in the Quality Management area
• Certified Internal Auditor or equivalent experience;
• Able to do Route cause analysis and use different quality related tools - FMEA, Pareto
Analysis, Ishikawa Diagram, PPAR, SPC, 8D, SIPOC, PDCA;
• Fluency in English - both written and spoken (B2/C1/C2);
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Able to multitask and time management;
• Lean 6 Sigma trainings (e.g. Lean Leader, Green belt, Black belt) will be considered as a strong advantage.
