Trainee, Test engineer

With reference to our location in Sofia currently we are looking for:

Test Engineering

Your job:
• Support the guidance and assurance of conceptual, schematic and methodological design for non-standard equipment and test equipment;
• Assist in developing concepts, technical documentation and instructions for conducting tests and operating the production;
• Gain hands-on experience with modern test technologies, including ICT (In-Circuit Test);
• Perform flying Probe SPEA testing;
   o Passive component testing (resistors, capacitors, diodes, short circuit checks);
   o Active component testing – voltage stimulus and measurement;
   o LED analyzer tool – measuring LED intensity and spectrum;
• Work with boundary-scan technologies to implement and verify SW and HW;
• Perform microcontroller flashing using tools such as Segger and FlashRunner;
• Prepare, review and maintain clear technical documentation for tests and equipment;
• Ensure traceability of test results and production data using SAP and iTAC systems;
• Work with collaborative robots (cobots) for automated PCB testing.

Technical Competencies and Requirements:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Electronics/Computer HW and SW Engineering;
• Interest in electronics, PCB testing, and manufacturing technologies;
• Basic programming knowledge (C, Python, Visual Basic, LabVIEW and Test Stand is a plus);
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Professional Competencies and Requirements:
• Previous internship in a related professional field is an advantage;
• Prior experience in international teams and multicultural environments is an advantage.
